What can I do to make today better?

My interest is always on what optimises performance. What brings out our best today?

These unprecedented times cause uncertainty and stress. Despite having less control over life during the pandemic there are actions you can take today that will bring out your best and get you back on track.

I’m almost finished getting the course online but I need your help in this last step. I have had heaps of encouragement and input so far from those excited about the program which is heartening.

If you were to learn how to switch into your optimal performance today what would optimal look like for you? What might stop you doing it?
